跨境电商服务生态体系发展及其对中国电商国际合作的启示 被引量:15

摘要 跨境电商通常被认为是商品进出口活动的贸易创新形式,即买卖双方通过互联网渠道实现跨境买卖过程。目前,跨境电商的国际合作也基本上是建立在这样的理解基础上。经过多年的发展,跨境电商市场出现产品交易与服务创新融合的新趋势,有些企业不再将跨境电商仅视作网上交易,而是开始整合更多海外市场的资源,协同国内外市场主体,构建全球跨境电商服务生态体系,从而向海外客户提供更多以产品为载体的服务,寻求服务的价值增值。基于此,本文的研究希望在未来的国际合作中,政府应考虑跨境电商服务生态体系构建及发展的新趋势,创造良好的政策环境以促进企业服务生态体系的构建,支持行业自律机制的建设,减少资源流动的阻碍,以及保护生态体系主体的合法权益。 Cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)is generallyconsidered as an innovative form of trade in goods.Buyers and sellers realize cross-border transaction through internet channels.The current international cooperation of CBEC is basically based on this understanding.After years of development,a trend of innovative integration of product transactions and service is emerging in the CBEC market.Some enterprises no longer treat CBEC as online transactions only,but begin to construct a CBEC service ecosystem by integrating more overseas resources and collaborating with relevant market players at home and abroad,then provide more products combined with services to overseas customers,and gain value increment from service.Based on that,this paper hopes that in future international cooperation,government should consider the new trend of CBEC service ecosystem construction and development,and create a good policy environment to promote the construction of enterprise service ecosystem,support the construction of industry self-discipline mechanisms,reduce obstacles of resources mobility and protect the legitimate rights and interests of entities in ecosystem.
