摘要
细胞衰老是指细胞脱离细胞周期进入相对稳定的细胞周期阻滞状态,其是肿瘤细胞实现永生化所必须跨越的一道屏障,在预防肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到极为重要的作用。近年来,众多研究表明诱导肿瘤细胞进入衰老状态已成为一种可行的肿瘤控制策略。目前,细胞衰老已成为肿瘤预防与治疗,以及细胞生物学的研究热点。因此,文章对细胞衰老的标志、影响因素、在肿瘤治疗中的应用以及衰老细胞在肿瘤中的双重作用等进行综述。
Cell senescence refers to the cell breaking away from the cell cycle and entering a relatively stable cell cycle arrest state,which is a barrier that tumor cells must cross to achieve immoralization and plays an extremely important role in preventing the occurrence and development of tumors.In recent years,many studies have shown that inducing senescence of tumor cells has become a feasible strategy for tumor control.At present,cell senescence has become a hot spot of cancer prevention and treatment as well as cell biology research.Therefore,this article reviews the signs and influencing factors of cell senescence,its application in tumor therapy and the dual role of senescent cells in tumor.
