RGO色浆印制棉织物导电性能

摘要 将还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)导电浆料印制在棉织物上,探究了印制浆料中黏合剂、增稠剂和RGO用量、焙烘温度和时间等因素对棉织物导电性的影响,测试了导电棉织物的耐洗、耐摩擦性和棉织物的表面形貌(SEM)。研究结果表明:RGO对棉织物的最佳导电印制工艺为RGO 7.5 g/L、黏合剂10 g/L、增稠剂0.2 g/L、150℃的焙烘温度条件下焙烘4 min,印制棉织物的表面电阻值为1.90 MΩ/cm,且干摩擦牢度优于湿摩擦牢度,耐洗性能较好,由SEM表征可知织物表面已经成功印制RGO。 Reduced graphene oxide(RGO)was used for printing of cotton fabric.The effects of binder,thickener and RGO dosage,baking temperature and baking time on electrical conductivity of cotton fabric were studied.The washing and rubbing fastness properties and morphology(SEM)of the conductive cotton fabric were tested.The results showed that the optimal printing method was RGO 7.5 g/L,binder 10 g/L,thickener 0.2 g/L,baking at 150℃for 4 min,the surface electrical resistance of cotton fabric was decreased to 1.90 MΩ/cm.The dry rubbing fastness of the conductive cotton fabric is better than the wet rubbing fastness,and the washing fastness is excellent.SEM characterization shows that the surface of the cotton fabric has been successfully printed with RGO.
