摘要
采用原位自还原法制备了rGO/羊毛复合材料,通过正交试验确定了rGO/羊毛复合材料的制备工艺,即:GO质量分数0.88%,还原温度90℃,还原时间2.5 h。GO负载羊毛织物对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率分别为66.2%和70.9%;rGO/羊毛对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率分别为87.9%和91.3%。与羊毛原样相比,rGO/羊毛的静电电压由2335 V降至727 V,半衰期由17.8 s缩短至4.3 s,具有良好的抗静电性能;rGO/羊毛的抗紫外线、阻燃性能和断裂强力均有所提升。
The rGO/wool composite is prepared by in-situ self-reduction method.The preparation process of rGO/wool composite determined by orthogonal test is:w(GO)0.88%,reduction at 90℃for 2.5 h.The antibacterial rates of GO loaded wool fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 66.2%and 70.9%,respectively,and the antibacterial rates of rGO/wool against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 87.9%and 91.3%,respectively.Compared with the original wool,the static volt⁃age of rGO/wool is reduced from 2335 V to 727 V,and the half-life is shortened from 17.8 s to 4.3 s,which has good antistatic performance;the anti ultraviolet,flame retardant and breaking strength of rGO/wool are improved.
