摘要
人格是最稳定、最富有文化内涵、适用范围最广泛、最容易自我约束自我习得的文化修养,正确的“三观”是健全人格的重要保障,爱国主义教育内涵于健全的人格教育中。立足于通过中华民族源远流长的教育文化,探究适合大学生思想政治教育的方法:染积理论是以人格修养为核心的教育观念,为我们的教育实践提供了方法借鉴。通过探讨染积理论下的原则性教学方法,对教师作为学生的灵魂导师提出了更高的学识要求和人格要求。一个人的整体素质在很大程度上取决于其人格是否健全,思想政治教育的终极目标就是要培养学生健全的人格。
Personality is the most stable and rich cultural cultivation,which is also the widest range of application and the easiest cultural cultivation for self-discipline and self-learning.The correct idea of“three views”is an important guarantee for a sound personality.Patriotism education is embodied in a sound personality education.Based on the long-standing educational culture of the Chinese nation,the author explores the methods suitable for college students’ideological and political education.Dye accumulation theory is an educational concept with personality cultivation as the core,which provides a method reference for our educational practice.This paper discusses the principles and teaching methods under the dye accumulation theory,and puts forward higher knowledge and personality requirements for teachers as the soul tutor of students.A person’s overall quality largely depends on his sound personality.The ultimate goal of ideological and political education is to cultivate students’sound personality.
