摘要
本文以上海市某超低能耗装配式住宅项目为研究案例,阐述了超低能耗装配式住宅相对传统现浇住宅结构在桩基设计、装配式拆分构造、施工配合等方面的区别,总结了结构设计关键要点,为后续类似项目设计提供技术参考。
Taking a prefabricated residential project with ultra-low energy consumption in Shanghai as the research case,this paper expounds the differences between prefabricated residential structure with ultra-low energy consumption and traditional cast-in-situ residential structure in pile foundation design,prefabricated split structure and construction coordination,and summarizes the key points of structural design,which provides technical reference for subsequent similar project design.
