摘要
装配式住宅作为今后我国住宅产业化的主要发展方向,其节能设计至关重要。作为影响建筑能耗的主要构件,建筑外墙低能耗设计是一个必须深入研究的课题。本文通过对装配式住宅外墙体系的解读,从外墙保温体系和保温材料的选择以及外墙能耗优化模拟和热桥分析,提出装配式住宅外墙的低能耗设计策略,以期对国内装配式住宅建筑外墙的低能耗设计有所帮助。
As the main development direction of my country’s housing industrialization in the future,the energy-saving design of prefabricated houses is very important.As the main component that affects building energy consumption,the low-energy design of building exterior walls is a subject that must be studied in depth.Based on the interpretation of the external wall system of prefabricated houses,the selection of external wall thermal insulation system and insulation materials,the optimization of external wall energy consumption and thermal bridge analysis,proposes a low-energy design strategy for prefabricated residential external walls,in order to improve domestic assembly Low-energy design of exterior walls of residential buildings helps.
