摘要
介绍了淬火态、冷压态7050铝合金试样的超声实测厚度变化范围远大于其真实厚度变化范围这一现象,绘制试样的声速等高线图,给出不同热处理状态试样以及同一试样线切割前后的声速等高线图和声速极差。结果表明:淬火态、冷压态样品的超声实测厚度变化主要由其各位置声速差异所造成,而其声速等高线图与其残余应力场存在相似性;不同热处理状态试样的声速等高线图与其残余应力演化规律存在相似性;线切割前后声速等高线图的变化更是与其残余应力的再平衡现象一致。证实了声速等高线图能在一定程度上反映材料的整体残余应力;提出了基于残余应力自平衡特征的利用声速分布图定性、声速极差定量的铝合金整体残余应力评价方法。
The phenomenon of that range of thickness of quenched and cold-compressed 7050 aluminum alloy tested by using ultrasonic,which was larger than their actual range,was introduced.The contour map of ultrasonic velocity of the specimen was drawn.Then contour map and range of ultrasonic velocity of a specimen with different heat treatment conditions and a specimen befor and after wire cutting was drawn.The results show that the larger range of quenched and cold-compressed specimen tested by using ultrasonic is resulted from variation of ultrasonic velocity.The contour map of ultrasonic velocity of the specimen is similar to their residual stress field.Contour map of ultrasonic velocity of specimens in different heat treatment conditions is similar to the evaluation rule of residual stress.Variation of contour map before and after wire cutting is coincident with rebalance of residual stress field particularly.Contour map is proved to show integral residual stress in a certain extent.Based on self-balancing feature of residual,a qualitative and quantitative analytical method of integral residual stress in aluminum alloy by using contour map and range of ultrasonic velocity is suggested.
