摘要
在硅酸钠电解液体系下对7050铝合金试样进行微弧氧化(MAO)处理。用XRD、SEM、膜层测厚仪、硬度计、粗糙度测试仪和盐雾腐蚀箱等手段实验研究了不同的脉冲频率对7050铝合金微弧氧化膜层物相组成、形貌、厚度、表面硬度和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当脉冲频率在100Hz~700 Hz区间变化时,随着脉冲频率的增大,MAO膜层的厚度、硬度均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,粗糙度呈现出不断增大的趋势。实验工艺参数制得的MAO膜层均呈现出典型的“火山口”形貌。当脉冲频率为300 Hz时,MAO膜层获得了最佳的综合性能,此时硬度、厚度、粗糙度分别为1178 HV_(0.1)、22.6μm和1.747μm。
The 7050 aluminum alloy was treated by micro arc oxidation(MAO)in sodium silicate electrolyte system.The effects of pulse frequency on the phase composition,morphology,thickness,surface hardness and corrosion resistance of micro arc oxidation coatings on 7050 aluminum alloy were studied by means of XRD,SEM,film thickness tester,hardness tester,roughness tester and salt spray corrosion chamber.The results show that when the pulse frequency varies in the range of 100 Hz to 700 Hz,with the increase of pulse frequency,the thickness and hardness of MAO coatings first increase and then decrease,and the roughness increases.The Mao coatings prepared with test parameters show typical crater morphology.When the pulse frequency is 300 Hz,the MAO coating has the best comprehensive performance,and the hardness,thickness and roughness are 1178 HV_(0.1),22.6μm and 1.747μm respectively.
