摘要
化工行业生产过程涉及多种挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOC3)、粉尘、噪声和高温等职业病危害因素,工人职业暴露时间长且频率高,会对工人的身体健康造成一定的影响。我们对国内外化工企业职业卫生管控、化工行业职业健康风险评估和化工行业职业健康影响3个方面的最新研究成果及化工行业健康风险研究存在的不足和发展方向进行综述,旨在为今后改善工人作业环境、开展化工行业职业健康研究提供参考。
The production process of the chemical industry involves a variety of occupational hazard factors such as volatile organic compounds(VOCs),dust,noise and high temperature.Workers’ occupational exposure time is long and the frequency is high,which have a certain impact on the health of workers.We summarize the latest domestic and foreign research progress in three aspects:chemical enterprise occupational health management and control,chemical industry occupational health risk assessment,and chemical industry occupational health effect,as well as the deficiencies and development directions of health risk research in the chemical industry,aiming to provide reference for improving workers’ working environment and carrying out occupational health research in chemical industry in the future.
