摘要
面向各类应用场景的移动APP不断涌现,但富有特色的政府采购APP却不多见。文中基于政府采购信息化现状,以政府采购信息的重组织和再利用为目标,针对投标参与方实际需求,结合移动终端应用特点,实现了一个融入推荐算法的政采消息通系统。首先,采集和重组政府采购网站的数据;其次,实现服务于移动APP的数据访问接口;最后,通过Android上的移动APP以日历、地图等视图将用户关注的信息进行组织和展示,并实现消息通知、关注提醒、智能推荐等功能。政采消息通系统能为投标参与方带来极大便利,具有较好的应用前景。
Mobile APPs for various application scenarios continue to emerge,but government procurement APPs with distinctive features are rare.Based on the current situation of government procurement informatization,on the basis of the current informatization,this paper aims at reorganizing and re-using government procurement information,and realizes a government procurement information communication system integrating recommendation algorithm combined with application characteristics of mobile terminals,which cater to the actual needs of bidding participants and combining with the application characteristics of mobile terminals.Firstly,the data of government procurement websites is collected and reorganized,secondly,the data access interface serving mobile APP is implemented,and finally,organizing and displaying the information users interested in through the mobile APP on Android with calendar,map and other views,and realizing the functions of news notification,attention reminder,intelligent recommendation and so on.The government procurement information communication system can bring great convenience to the bidding participants and has a good application prospect.
