摘要
目的:观察新型特色水药罐治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将90例颈型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组给予新型特色水药罐治疗,对照组给予闪火法拔罐治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后数字疼痛量表评分(numerical rating scale,NRS)和Northwick Park颈痛量表(Northwick Park questionnaire,NPQ)评分变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗1个疗程后、治疗2个疗程后、随访时NRS评分和NPQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型特色水药罐治疗颈型颈椎病,能改善患者临床症状,降低NRS评分和NPQ评分。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of new characteristic boiling cup method on cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with new characteristic boiling cup method,while the control group was treated with fire twinkling cupping therapy.The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS)and Northwick Park neck pain scale(NPQ)were observed.Results:After one course of treatment,two courses of treatment,during follow-up,NRS score and NPQ score were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new characteristic boiling cup method can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis and reduce NRS score and NPQ score.
