摘要
基于对学术创业、创业意愿影响因素等相关文献的系统梳理,提取组织氛围、学术资源、创业能力、创业资源、创业服务、反馈制度、政策因素七个关键因素,构建高校科研人员学术创业影响因素的分析模型。以问卷调查数据为基础,进行高校科研人员学术创业影响因素实证研究。研究结果表明:创业服务、政策因素、创业资源、创业能力、反馈制度五个影响因素对创业实现具有显著性影响;组织氛围、学术资源对创业实现无显著性影响程度。通过分析此研究结论,提出促进我国高校科研人员学术创业实现的相关建议。
Based on a systematic review of relevant literature on academic entrepreneurship,factors influencing entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial behavior,seven key factors including organizational culture,academic resources,entrepreneurial capability,entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial services,feedback system and policy factors are extracted to construct an analysis model of factors affecting academic entrepreneurship of university researchers.Using the questionnaire survey as the data source,an empirical research on the factors affecting academic entrepreneurship of university researchers is conducted.The results show that the entrepreneurial services,policy factors,entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial capability and feedback system have a significant impact on the realization of entrepreneurship;organizational culture and academic resources have no significant impact on the realization of entrepreneurship.Through the analysis of the research conclusion,some relevant suggestions on promoting the realization of academic entrepreneurship of researchers in Chinese universities are put forward.
