摘要
动态平衡性对于关节稳定、维持身体姿势以及在运动过程中的动态控制至关重要,基本动作模式练习给动态平衡性提供指示,但是这些动作模式与动态平衡性之间的关系没有进一步的确定。本研究选取长沙医学院30名大学生作为测试对象,通过对受试者FMS与YBT的测试数据进行相关分析,验证两者是否具有相关性。结果表明,FMS总分和YBT下肢综合值具有中等程度的正相关关系(r=0.583,P=0.034<0.05),FMS总分和YBT上肢综合值不存在相关关系(r=0.338,P=0.168>0.05);FMS7个动作中,过顶深蹲、直线箭步蹲、主动直膝抬腿、躯干稳定俯卧撑、旋转稳定性动作以及肩部灵活性动作与Y平衡测试都不存在相关性,但过栏架步与Y平衡测试(r=0.723,p=0.016<0.05)存在高度相关性。结论:运用FMS检测下肢动态平衡能力是可行的,FMS和YBT可互为补充,用于评估人体的基础运动能力和动作控制能力。建议:重视FMS和YBT相结合加强运动损伤风险预测准确率的应用价值,同时加强对YBT测试结果与专项运动能力相关性的研究。
Dynamic balance is essential for joint stabilization,maintenance of body posture and dynamic control during exercise.Basic action pattern exercises provide instructions for dynamic balance,but there is no further determination about the relationship between these action patterns and the dynamic balance.In this study,30 college students from Changsha Medical College were selected as the test subjects,and the test data of the subjects’FMS and YBT were analyzed to verify whether the two are related.The results showed that the FMS total score and the YBT lower extremity comprehensive value had a moderately positive correlation(r=0.583,P=0.034<0.05),and the FMS total score and the YBT upper extremity comprehensive value did not have a correlation(r=0.338,P=0.168>0.05);Among the 7 FMS movements,overhead squat,straight lunge squat,active straight knee lift,trunk stabilization push-up,rotation stability movement and shoulder flexibility movement are not correlated with the Y balance test,but there is a high correlation between the hurdle step and the Y balance test(r=0.723,p=0.016<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to use FMS to detect the dynamic balance ability of lower limbs.FMS and YBT can complement each other and are used to evaluate the basic exercise ability and movement control ability of the human body.It is suggested to attach importance to the application value of the combination of FMS and YBT to strengthen the accuracy of sports injury risk prediction,and at the same time strengthen the research on the correlation between YBT test results and specific sporting ability.
