摘要
西班牙学龄篮球锦标赛开展至今在启蒙学生篮球基本技术与强化身体素质等方面效果显著,也成就了西班牙篮球后备人才济济的现状,其细化的组织结构、完善的培训体系、健全的运行机制、出色的品牌包装为我国校园篮球发展的优化提供了有效参考。本文以西班牙学龄篮球锦标赛为研究对象,运用文献法、专家访谈法和比较研究法对其开展现状、发展模式和组织体系进行研究与分析,以期为我国校园篮球的发展提供针对性的优化之处。
The Spanish school-age basketball championship has achieved remarkable results in enlightening students’ basic basketball skills and strengthening physical fitness. It has also achieved the status quo of big basketball talent pool in Spain. Its refined organizational structure, perfect training system, sound operation mechanism, and excellent branding provide a reference for the optimization of the development of campus basketball in China. This paper takes the Spanish school-age basketball championship as the research object, and uses the literature method, expert interview method and comparative research method to study and analyze its development status, development model and organizational system, so as to provide targeted optimization for the development of campus basketball in China.
