摘要
基于多普勒雷达的非接触式心跳检测对于一些特殊场合有着重大的实用价值。然而,准确且快速的心率检测仍面临两大挑战:呼吸的强干扰以及心跳频谱分辨率不足。本文提出了一种基于77 GHz毫米波雷达的心跳检测方法,用于估计心率(HR)和心率奇异性(HRV)。首先,提出了一种基于自适应变分模态分解(AVMD)的方法,在呼吸强干扰下精确提取心跳信号。随后,引入了一种基于线性调频Z变换(CZT)的心跳频谱细化方法,显著提高了心率检测准确度。最后,通过测量6组模拟驾驶行为的实验数据来验证本文算法的有效性与鲁棒性。实验结果表明,10 s和3 s两种时间窗口大小下心率检测准确度(HRA)和连续心跳间隔(BBIs)的平均相对误差均取得了较好的效果。
Non-contact heartbeat detection using Doppler radar is extremely valuable on special occasions.Nevertheless,rapid and accurate heart rate(HR)detection endures two challenges due to significant respiration interference and insufficient heartbeat frequency spectrum resolution.In this paper,a novel heartbeat detection method using 77 GHz millimeter-wave radar is employed to estimate HR and heart rate variability(HRV)accurately.Firstly,an adaptive variational mode decomposition(AVMD)method is proposed to extract the heartbeat signal accurately under significant respiration interference.Subsequently,a heartbeat spectrum refinement approach based on chirp Z-transform(CZT)is introduced to improve HR estimation accuracy significantly.Eventually,the effectiveness and robustness of our proposed method are validated by 6 sets of experimental data of simulated driving behaviors.As a result,encouraging achievements are accomplished for the heart rate detection accuracy(HRA)and the mean relative error of extracted beat-to-beat intervals(BBIs)at two different time window sizes of 10 s and 3 s.
