摘要
随着社会的发展,现代社区居民出现原子式现象,人际交往淡漠,缺乏社区归属感。社区共同体有利于提高居民社区归属感和居民社区参与率,多元主体协同参与又有助于提高社区治理水平。本研究选取北仑新碶街道为样本,在文献研究和调研的基础上,针对社区治理共同体构建现状,提出了引入社会资本、培育和发展社会组织;构建社区公共空间,提高居民社区归属感;兼顾个人利益和公共利益,培育社区公共精神;党建引领,构建多元主题互动合作机制等四项建议。
With the development of society, modern community residents appear atomic phenomenon, indifferent interpersonal communication, lack of community belonging. Such community is conducive to improving residents’ sense of belonging and participation rate of community, and collaborative participation of multiple subjects is conducive to improving the level of community governance. Based on literature review and investigation, this study sampled Xinqi Sub-district and proposed the introduction of social capital and the cultivation and development of social organizations in view of the situation of community governance community construction;building community public space to improve residents’ sense of community;giving consideration to both personal and public interests, cultivating community public spirit;guided by party building and building a multi-theme interaction and cooperation mechanism.
