摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对老年股骨转子间骨折患者术后髋关节功能及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2021年1月在我院行股骨近端髓内钉固定术治疗的60例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合性护理干预。比较两组的髋关节功能(Harris评分)及护理满意度。结果术后3个月,两组的Harris评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05),且观察组的Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预可有效改善老年股骨转子间骨折患者的髋关节功能,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative hip function and nursing satisfaction degree of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated with proximal femoral nail fixation in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The hip function(Harris score)and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after surgery,the Harris scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve hip function and nursing satisfaction degree of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
