摘要
农业科研院所是国家农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,为我国农业可持续发展提供科技支撑。信息服务技术及应用是实现农业科研院所现代治理体系的重要要求,也是应对大数据时代下农业科研范式追求农业科研前瞻性、探索规律性研究的基础性手段,通过提高效能为科研人员提供优质的信息化服务。通过分析目前农业科研院所信息服务面临的问题,以及新形势下提升农业科研院所信息服务的重要意义,提出了提升农业科研院所信息服务水平的路径,以期为农业科研院所建设科研信息化环境、加快科研治理体系现代化进程、提升信息服务水平提供思路。
Agricultural research institutes are an important part of the national agricultural science and technology innovation system and provide scientific and technological support for the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture.Information service technology and application is a vital requirement for the realization of modern governance system of agricultural research institutes,as well as a basic pattern to pursue forward-looking agricultural research and explore regular research in response to the paradigm of agricultural research in the era of big data.It can improve efficiency and provide high-quality information services for researchers.The problems faced by the information service of agricultural research institutes,and the significance of improving the information service of agricultural research institutes under the new situation are analyzed.The path to improve the information service level of agricultural research institutes is put forward in order to provide ideas for agricultural research institutes to build a scientific research information environment,speed up the modernization process of scientific research governance system and improve the information service level.
