摘要
近年来,国家、江苏省均出台了一系列完善科研项目经费管理的政策,科研劳务报酬的管理是科研经费管理中的重要环节之一。文章立足现有的国家政策、制度规定,分析科研事业单位劳务报酬管理的现状,对构建信息共享平台、优化劳务报酬报销流程、提升财务信息化服务等方面进行了探讨,力求运用信息化管理模式,切实实现科研劳务报酬报销便捷化,提高科研事业单位财务管理效率。
In recent years, the state and Jiangsu province have issued a series of policies to improve the fund management of scientific research projects. The management of scientific research labor remuneration is one of the important links in the management of scientific research funds. Based on the existing national policies and regulations, this paper analyzes the current situation of labor remuneration management in scientific research institutions, discusses the construction of information sharing platform, optimizing labor remuneration reimbursement process and improving financial information service, and tries to use information management mode to realize the convenience of scientific research labor remuneration reimbursement and improve the efficiency of financial management in scientific research institutions.
