摘要
目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合化疗对乳腺癌(Breast Cancer,BC)术后患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将2017年5月-2019年5月单县中医医院收治的86例行BC术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组单纯给予化疗治疗,观察组给予复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗,两组均连续治疗4个周期,每周期21 d。比较两组患者治疗疗效和治疗前后血象指标(白细胞计数、血小板计数)和炎性因子指数(白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-10)、细胞免疫功能指数[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M],对比两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组白细胞计数、血小板计数、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组恶心呕吐、白细胞减少例数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),心脏毒性、脱发例数与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗BC术后患者可以提高治疗总有效率,保护造血系统,明显提高抗肿瘤能力,增强细胞免疫功能,降低化疗药物毒性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound Kushen injection(复方苦参注射液)(CKI)plus chemotherapy on cellular immune function in patients after breast cancer(BC)surgery.Methods:86 patients who underwent BC surgery from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given chemotherapy alone,and the observation group was given CKI plus chemotherapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 cycles,21 days/cycle.The therapeutic effect in the two groups of patients and the blood indicators before and after treatment[white blood cell(WBC),platelet(PLT)]and inflammatory factor index[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)],Cellular immune function index[T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],the adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,PLT,IL-4,and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CD4^(+),CD8^(+),IgG,IgA,and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the number of cases of nausea and vomiting and leukopenia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of cardiotoxicity and hair loss cases(P>0.05).Conclusion:CKI plus chemotherapy can improve the overall treatment efficiency,protect the hematopoietic system,significantly improve anti-tumor ability,enhance cellular immune function,and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs in treating patients with postoperative BC.
