摘要
本文通过评论闵维方、马莉萍主编的《教育经济学》,结合目前国内教育经济学研究与人才培养的现状,提出以下四个方面的思考:一是如何更好地基于一个完整体系对教育经济学进行研究与讲述;二是如何在缺乏理论突破的情况下讲好教育经济学故事;三是如何更好发出中国声音、参与构建世界的教育经济学学科;四是国内教育经济学的初学者可以在哪些领域进行创新获得突破。对我国教育经济学研究与人才培养,提出以下讨论与展望:国内教育经济学的研究与人才培养应对准教育的人力资本属性,尤其是继续聚焦教育投资、教育生产、教育对经济增长的贡献、教育对个体收入增加的作用等领域;在缺乏理论突破的情况下,需要通过现有的成熟理论将现实生活中的教育相关现象进行"理论抽象",同时用实证研究不断拓展成熟理论的应用对象与边界,进而促进理论的完善与构建。
Based on the Economics of Education(edited by Min Weifang and Ma Liping) and the current status of domestic economics of education research and talent cultivation,this article proposes the following four major thoughts:(1)how to better research and narrate economics of education based on a complete system;(2)how to tell a good story of economics of education without theoretical breakthroughs;(3)how to better speak out the Chinese voice and participate in the construction of the world’s educational economics discipline;(4)in which fields can domestic economics of education beginners innovate and achieve breakthroughs.This article concludes:the research and talent cultivation of domestic economics of education should be aligned with the human capital attributes of education,especially focus on education investment,education production,the contribution of education to economic growth,and the role of education in increasing individual income;in the absence of theoretical breakthroughs,it is necessary to use existing mature theories to make a “theoretical abstraction” of education-related phenomena in real life and,at the same time,use empirical research to continuously expand the application objects and boundaries of mature theories,thereby helping the perfection and construction of theories.
