摘要
"优先发展教育"潜藏着深厚的历史文化底蕴,其思想基础可溯源至传统儒家教育价值取向和近代"教育救国"实践,而真正形成战略决策则始于"改革开放"后"科教兴国"和"教育强国"的理论建构。经过几代国家领导人的持续倡导,优先发展教育战略已深入民心。如何回应"百年未有之大变局"的严峻挑战,创构新时代优先发展教育的推进策略,无疑是当代教育高质量发展变革的当务之急。
“Priority on the development of education”has deep historical and cultural roots hidden in it,and its ideological foundation can be traced back to the traditional Confucian educational value orientation and the practice of“education to save the country”in modern times.The real strategic decision-making starts with the theoretical construction of the“to develop the country through science and education”and“to strengthen the country through education”after the“reform and opening up”.After several generations of Chinese national leaders’continuous advocacy,the strategy of prioritizing education development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;how to respond to the severe challenge of“great changes unseen in a century”and creating a strategy to advance education prioritization in the new era is undoubtedly the top priority for the high-quality development and reform of contemporary education.
