摘要
为了提高中药微生态制剂药效及利用效率,试验选取3月龄左右健康的贵州黑山羊32只,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组。对照组和试验验均饲喂基础日粮,其中试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在精料中分别添加1.2%、1.6%、2.0%中药微生态制剂。每天饲喂2次,自由采食、饮水,准确记录采食量,计算羊只发病率及死亡率。试验开始及结束时对各组羊只进行称重并记录,计算平均日增重、料重比。试验结束时从各组随机选取5只羊,颈静脉采血,分离血清,检测血清生化指标。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于对照组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组平均日增重高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组料重比最低,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)但均低于对照组。精料中添加中药微生态制剂对血清白蛋白、葡萄糖、尿素氮、胆固醇、三酰甘油浓度及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组总蛋白、球蛋白及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度均显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在精料中添加1.6%中药微生态制剂的综合效益最佳,可在生产实践中推广应用。
In order to improve the efficacy and utilization efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine additives, 32 healthy Guizhou black goats aged about 3 months were selected for the experiment and were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely the control group, the test group Ⅰ, the test group Ⅱ, and the test group Ⅲ. Animals in the control group were fed with basal diet, and animals in the test groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ)were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1.2%, 1.6% and 2.0% traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparations, respectively. The animals were fed twice a day, and were free to eat and drink. The feed intake was accurately recorded, and the morbidity and mortality of sheep were calculated. The goats in each group were weighed and recorded at the beginning and the end of the experiment. Average daily gain and feed/gain were calculated. At the end of the experiment, 5 goats in each group were randomly selected and blood samples were collected from jugular vein. Serum was isolated and used to determine biochemical parameters. The results showed that the average daily gain in the test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than those in the the control group and the test group Ⅲ(P<0.05);the average daily gain in the test group Ⅰ and the test group Ⅲ was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the ratio of feed to gain in the test group Ⅱ was the lowest, which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between experimental groups(P>0.05), but it was lower than that in the control group.The addition of traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparations to the concentrate had no significant effect on serum albumin, glucose, urea nitrogen, triglycerides, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase influence(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the concentrations of total protein, globulin, high-density lipoprotein and cholesterolin the test group Ⅱ were significant
