中药复方对高脂大鼠肝脏组织HDL-C受体SR-BI表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨临床有效的调脂、抗动脉粥样硬化中药复方(院内协定方)对实验性高脂大鼠肝脏SR-BI表达的影响,以进一步阐明其防治动脉粥样硬化的机理。方法:将48只雄性Wistar(清洁级)大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组,除正常组外均造成高脂血症模型。治疗组给予具有祛痰化瘀功效的中药复方治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,给药4周,检测各组大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,肝细胞高密度脂蛋白受体SR-BImRNA及蛋白表达。结果:中药复方可以降低大鼠血清胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平,其效果与对照组相近;可以升高高密度脂蛋白水平,疗效优于对照组;药物治疗组均可降低大鼠肝组织SR-BImRNA和蛋白表达。结论:中药复方对高脂大鼠的血脂水平具有调节作用,可以对高密度脂蛋白受体SR-BI进行有效调控,此种调控可能是其抑制动脉粥样硬化发生的机理之一。 Objective : Discusse the impact of Chinese herbal formula ( a formula of the hospital ) which has the effect of regulating lipid and anti - atherosclerosis to the expression of HDL - C receptor SR - BI of high - fat ratsliver tissue. And elucidate the mechanism of this formula how to prevent atherosclerosis. Methods : We divide 48 Wister rats ( Clean - class) to four groups : normal group, model group, control group and treatment group by random, and cause hyperlipidemia model to all rats expect rats of normal group. Treatment group is treated by Chinese herbal formula which has the effect of Qutan Huayu, control group is treated by Atorvastatin Calcium. After 4 weeks treatment, analysis totalcholesterol (TC), triglyceride ( TG), HDL - C, low density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( LDL - C), high density lipoprotein - receptor SR - BI mRNA and the ptotein that high density lipoprotein - receptor SR - BI mRNA expresses. Results : Chinese herbal formula can reduces TC and LDL- C of rats' blood- serum, and the effect is samilar to the control group;can rise HDL- C, and the effect is better than the control group; both Chinese herbal formula and Atorvastatin Calcium can reduce high density lipoprotein - receptor SR - BI mRNA and the ptotein it expresses. Conclusion: Chinese herbal formula can regulates lipid of High - f at rats, can regulates high density lipoprotein - receptor and the protein it expresses, and this kind of effect may be one of the mechanism why Chinese herbal formula can inhibites atherosclerosis.
