摘要
为研究气孔在具有层级网状叶脉的叶片表面的空间分布模式,选择了6种木兰科(Magnoliaceae)植物叶片,沿着叶片宽度轴上(即垂直于叶片长度方向最大叶片宽度所在的直线)自叶缘到叶脉处选择3个位置,采用重复性空间点格局分析方法,分析这些位置处气孔的空间分布数据。结果显示:(1)在所观察的叶片显微视野中,没有发现气孔聚集现象。(2)在较小尺度内(≤100μm),沿着叶片宽度轴上的气孔之间存在互相的空间排斥,即发现气孔对叶片表皮空间竞争的证据;而在较大尺度下(>100μm),气孔之间不存在空间相互作用。(3)通过比较叶片上不同位置的L(s)-s函数,发现在4种木兰属植物中,叶片3个位置之间的气孔空间结构特征是相似的;而在2种含笑属植物中,3个位置之间的气孔空间结构特征存在显著性差异。研究结果表明:在具有层级网状叶脉的叶片表面,气孔在不同距离尺度上呈现出不同的空间分布特征,即在小尺度下呈现出均匀分布的特征,在较大尺度下呈现出随机分布的特征。
To explore the spatial distribution characteristics of stomata on the leaf surface with a hierarchical reticulate venation network,we sampled three positions of sections of stomata from the leaf margin to the midrib along the leaf width axis(i.e.,the straight line on which the leaf maximum width lies that is perpendicular to the leaf length axis)from six Magnoliaceae species with typical hierarchical reticulate venation patterns,and used the replicated spatial point pattern analysis method to analyze the spatial distribution data of stomatal centers at these different positions.The results showed that there was no spatial aggregation for each of the sampled microscopic sections of stomata at given distances.At a small scale(≤100μm),there was a spatial repulsion between stomata,without having the evidence for spatial competition between stomata for leaf epidermal space.On contrary,at a relatively large scale(>100μm),there was no spatial interaction between stomata.By comparing L(s)-s functions at different locations of stomata,we found that the spatial distribution characteristics of stomata among the three different positions along the leaf width axis were similar for the four Magnolia species,while there were significant differences in the spatial distribution characteristics of stomata between the position near the leaf margin and that near the midrib for the two Michelia species.The present work indicates that the spatial arrangement of stomata on the leaf surface of plants with a hierarchical reticulate venation network tends to follow a regular distribution pattern at a small scale,while it tends to follow a random distribution pattern at a relatively large scale.
