摘要
为了探索具有分层网状叶脉模式叶片上气孔的空间分布特征,利用铬酸-硝酸离析法分离深山含笑叶片上下表皮并制成临时装片,经显微镜拍照取样获得气孔图像,使用重复性空间点格局的方法分析气孔在叶片表皮上的空间关系。结果表明,深山含笑上表皮无气孔分布,仅下表皮有气孔分布。靠近中脉的气孔密度和靠近叶缘的气孔密度之间存在显著差异,气孔密度从叶缘到中脉逐渐增大;不同切片位置的气孔中心平均最近邻距离之间不存在显著差异。气孔密度和气孔中心平均最近邻距离在对数-对数轴上存在显著的负相关性。气孔之间区分排斥关系和独立关系的尺度临界值约在75μm;在小尺度下(约75μm以下),气孔之间存在相互排斥的空间关系,即表明气孔之间存在对叶片表皮空间的竞争;在较大尺度下(≥75μm),气孔之间不存在空间相互作用。本研究显示分层网状叶脉模式促成了气孔在网眼中的分布更为均匀,这种空间结构有助于气孔气体交换和水分蒸发功能的实现。
In this paper,in order to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of stomata in the leaf of Michelia maudiae,which has a hierarchical reticulate venation pattern,the upper and lower epidermis of the leaf were separated with the chromic acid-nitric acid segregation process and temporary slides were made.Pictures of stomata were obtained with microphotographic sampling and the spatial relationship among stomata in the epidermis was analyzed using the replicated spatial point pattern method.The results showed that there were no stomata in the upper epidermis of the species and only in the lower epidermis there existed stomatal distribution.There were significant differences between the stomatal density near the midrib and that near the leaf margin and the stomatal density gradually increased from the leaf margin to the midrib;there were no significant differences among the mean first-neighbour distances of the stomatal centers in different slice positions.There was significant negative correlation between the stomatal density and the mean first-neighbour distance of the stomatal centers on the log-log axis scale.The critical distance value for distinguishing between the exclusive and independent relationship among the stomata was circa 75μm.Below a small scale(≤circa 75μm),there was spatial exclusion among stomata,which suggested that there was spatial competition among stomata in the epidermis;at larger scales(>75μm),there were no spatial interaction among stomata.The study indicated that a hierarchical reticulate venation pattern makes the stomatal distribution more regular at the areole level,and such a spatial structure could help the stomata perform the functions of gas exchange and water transpiration.
