基于“超星学习通+腾讯会议”的“食品工厂设计与环境保护”线上教学应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 “食品工厂设计与环境保护”是广东海洋大学食品科技学院的一门专业必修课。受2020年初新冠疫情的影响,广东海洋大学响应教育部提出的“停课不停学”号召,将该课程由传统的课堂教学改为线上教学。针对学校和学院提出的网络教学要求,以超星学习通、腾讯会议等网络平台为教学手段,开展了“食品工厂设计与环境保护”的线上教学模式新探索,探索出了超星学习通与腾讯会议相结合的线上教学新方法。相比传统教学,这种新的教学方法能够显著提高学生的学习效果。 Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection is a compulsory course in the College of Food Science and Technology,Guangdong Ocean University.Affected by the epidemic of the new crown at the beginning of 2020,Guangdong Ocean University responded to the call of“suspension of classes without suspension”proposed by the Ministry of Education and changed the course from traditional classroom teaching to online teaching.In view of the network teaching requirements proposed by schools and colleges,this course group has carried out a new exploration of online teaching mode of Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection by using network platforms such as Superstar Learning Access and Tencent Conference as teaching means,and has explored a new online teaching method combining Superstar Learning Access and Tencent Conference.Compared with traditional teaching,this new teaching method can significantly improve students'learning effect.
