不同水草对小龙虾饲料物理指标及消化特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同水草对小龙虾饲料品质的影响,分别将伊乐藻和轮叶黑藻以不同添加量添加至饲料中,混匀造粒后测定饲料的含粉率、容重、硬度、黏弹性、沉降速度、吸水性、稳定性等物理指标,在此基础上进行体外模拟消化试验,以干物质消化率、氨基酸和还原糖含量作为评价指标。结果表明,添加伊乐藻和轮叶黑藻后不同程度地改变了饲料的含粉率和容重,且硬度、沉降速度、吸水性和水中稳定性较原始饲料有所降低,黏弹性变化不大。体外消化试验表明,伊乐藻可有效提高饲料中干物质和蛋白质的消化率,且低添加量下有利于糖类物质的消化吸收利用。 In order to study the effect of different water grass on the quality of crayfish feed,the eilozenae and chaetophyla were added to the feed with different amount of addition.The physical indexes of the feed were determined after mixing and granulating.On this basis,the in vitro simulated digestion experiment was carried out,and the digestibility of dry matter was used amino acids and reducing sugar content were used as evaluation indexes.The results showed that the powder content and bulk density of the feed were changed by adding illidium and cyanobacteria to different degrees,and the hardness,sedimentation rate,water absorption and water stability were lower than that of the original feed,and the viscoelasticity was not changed much.In vitro digestion experiment showed that the eilozenae could effectively improve the digestibility of dry matter and protein in feed,and the low addition amount was beneficial to the digestion and absorption of sugar.
