摘要
为研究不同低聚糖对小龙虾饲料品质的影响,分别将低聚异麦芽糖和低聚木糖以不同添加量添加至饲料中,混匀制粒后测定饲料的含粉率、质量体积、硬度、黏弹性、沉降速度、吸水性、稳定性等物理指标,在此基础上进行体外模拟消化试验。试验结果表明,较低添加量下低聚异麦芽糖饲料的含粉率、硬度和黏弹性高于低聚木糖,较高添加量下则相反;低聚木糖饲料的质量体积普遍高于低聚异麦芽糖,且可使饲料的沉降速度下降、水中稳定性提高,但同时饲料的水分吸附能力增加。体外消化试验结果表明,随着低聚异麦芽糖添加量的增加,饲料干物质消化率、氨基酸和还原糖含量均呈上升趋势。综上表明,在饲料中添加一定比例的低聚糖不仅可有效地改变饲料的物理特性,提升饲料的加工质量,也可促进饲料中营养物质的吸收和利用。
In order to study the effects of different oligosaccharides on the feed quality of crayfish,Isomaltooligosaccharides and Xylooligosaccharides were added to the feed with different amounts.After mixing and granulating,the powder content,bulk density,hardness,viscoelasticity,sedimentation rate,water absorption and stability of the feed were determined.On this basis,the simulated digestion experiment in vitro was carried out.The results showed that the powder content,hardness and viscoelasticity of Isomaltooligosaccharide feed were higher than those of xylooligosaccharide feed at lower dosage,but the opposite was true at higher dosage;The bulk density of xylooligosaccharide feed was generally higher than that of Isomaltooligosaccharide feed,and the sedimentation rate of feed decreased and the water stability increased,but the water adsorption capacity of feed increased.The results of in vitro digestion showed that the digestibility of dry matter,amino acids and reducing sugar increased with the increase of Isomaltooligosaccharide.In conclusion,adding a certain proportion of oligosaccharides in feed can not only effectively change the physical characteristics of feed,improve the processing quality of feed,but also promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients in feed.
