摘要
冷链物流体系是生鲜农产品配送的重要途径。冷链物流配送体系的优化,对于减少农产品腐烂、变质、货损,降低物流配送成本,提高农产品配送效率具有重要意义。本文探讨了当前农产品冷链物流配送一般体系,梳理存在的问题,并结合成本最小化模型,探究冷链物流配送优化路径,以推动冷链物流产业的健康发展。
The cold chain logistics system is an important way for the distribution of fresh agricultural products. The optimization of the cold chain logistics distribution system is of great significance for reducing the decay, deterioration, loss of goods and reduce the logistics distribution cost, and improving the distribution efficiency of agricultural products. This paper discusses the current general system of cold chain logistics distribution and the existing problems, and explores the optimal path of cold chain logistics distribution based on the cost minimization model to promote the healthy development of the cold chain logistics industry.
