摘要
从安全库存和日常库存控制两个方面建立了虚拟共同配送系统的库存控制模型,通过对比分析得出,当多个企业构建虚拟共同配送系统后,各企业均可降低安全库存和经济订货批量,同时不会增加各企业的库存成本。最后通过仿真实例计算,验证了库存控制模型和研究结论的有效性。
The inventory control model of the virtual joint distribution system is built from the safety stock and daily stock control.Through the comparative analysis,the conclusion is made that when a number of enterprises build a virtual joint distribution system,every enterprise can reduce safety stock and economic order quantity,and at the same time,it will not increase the inventory cost of each enterprise.Finally,a computation of simulation example is made to demonstrate the good effect of the inventory model and the research conclusion.
