摘要
目的:探索青蒿素生产中产生的副产品青蒿粗蜡的精制工艺。方法:根据青蒿蜡在不同溶剂中的溶解度确定萃取溶剂,采用正交试验法确定青蒿蜡的除灰、脱脂精制工艺。结果:选用丙酮为萃取溶剂,经0.1%磷酸水化除灰和丙酮脱脂,可得到纯度大于90%,淡黄色的精制青蒿蜡。结论:该工艺为青蒿蜡的进一步开发应用提供了基础。
Objective: To explore the refining process of artemisinin production, which produces a by-product of artemisinin crude wax. Methods: The extraction solvent was determined according to the solubility of artemisia wax in different solvents, and the ash removal and degreasing refining process of Artemisia annua wax was determined by orthogonal test. Results: Using acetone as the extraction solvent, after 0.1% phosphoric acid hydration and acetone degreasing, the refined artemisia annua wax with purity greater than 90% and light yellow could be obtained. Conclusion: The technology provides a basis for the further development and application of artemisia annua wax.
