摘要
为提升青蒿素产业的发展,对其下脚料进行深度开发,采用挥发油提取器提取青蒿素下脚料中的青蒿挥发油,提取挥发油后的剩余物采用85%酒精处理,分离得到叶绿素和植物蜡。结果显示,青蒿素下脚料中含挥发油约6.0%,叶绿素约56.0%,植物蜡约为30.0%。分析讨论了叶绿素、挥发油、植物蜡用途,并展望了其应用开发前景。
In order to promote the development of artemisinin industry,the waste materials were developed in depth.The volatile oil from Artemisinin remnants was extracted by volatile oil extractor,the residue after extraction of volatile oil was processed with 85%alcohol,the chlorophyll and vegetable wax were isolated.The component content of Artemisinin remnants was calculated and the properties of the main components were analysised.In addition,the application prospect of them was forecasted.
