摘要
人才来源于教育,高等学校是培养高素质创新型人才的摇篮。无论是知识创新还是技术创新,无论是经济竞争还是科技竞争,归根到底还是靠大量的高素质的创新型人才,培养具有创新能力的人才是时代的迫切需要,也是一个国家富强及在国际竞争中立于不败之地的重要因素。文章基于学院的科技创新培养方式,结合学院实践探讨科研创新校园文化营造、科技创新项目比赛开展以及班主任学业导师制度,总结大学生参与科研创新的分类引导模式,以增强大学生参与科研创新活动的积极性,提升大学生的创新能力。
Talents come from education.Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.Whether it is knowledge innovation or technological innovation,whether it is economic competition or scientific and technological competition,in the final analysis,it depends on a large number of high-quality innovative talents.Cultivating talents with innovative ability is not only the urgent need of the times,but also an important factor for a country to become rich and strong and remain invincible in international competition.Based on the training mode of scientific and technological innovation of the college,combined with the practice of the college,this paper discusses the construction of scientific and technological innovation campus culture,the development of scientific and technological innovation project competition and the head teacher academic tutor system,and summarizes the classified guidance mode of college students'participation in scientific and technological innovation,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of college students to participate in scientific and technological innovation activities and improve their innovation ability.
