摘要
电静液作动器(EHA)作为未来多电飞机作动系统的功率部件,其机械特性与负载特性适应程度,直接影响EHA对功率需求。基于EHA负载研究,从静态和动态两方面进行EHA参数匹配设计,并对主要因素的影响进行分析,建立数学模型、仿真模型和搭建试验台,通过仿真和试验对匹配参数进行验证,形成以一种电静液作动器(EHA)负载匹配通用方法。
An electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)is used as a power component of a future multi-electric aircraft actuation system,and the adaptation degree of the mechanical characteristics and the load characteristics of the electro-hydrostatic actuator directly influences the requirement of EHA for power.Based on the research of the EHA load,EHA parameters are subjected to matching design from both static and dynamic aspects,establishing mathematical models,simulation models and building test benches,and the matching parameters are verified through simulation and testing,and a universal method for matching the load of the electro-hydrostatic actuator is formed.
