摘要
气体发生器是汽车安全气囊的气体发生装置,是其核心部件。气囊的展开时间及膨胀压力与气体发生器有直接关系,是评价气体发生器质量的关键技术指标。文章主要研究汽车安全气囊气体发生器压力容器测试过程中,为保证测试数据的准确性和一致性,在假设测试样品间无差异的前提下,采用通用方法对影响整个测试过程的主要因素进行了分析确认,同时对测试结果中P_(50%)、P_(75%)、P_(90%)、P_(max)时间点对应的压力测试数据进行了不确定度评定,确认了测试数据的可信性,保证了气体发生器压力容器测试方法的可靠性,符合测试产品性能和安全要求。
The gas generator is the gas generating device of the automobile airbag and is its core component. The deployment time and inflation pressure of the airbag are directly related to the gas generator, and are the key technical indicators for evaluating the quality of the gas generator.In order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the test data during the test of the pressure vessel of the automobile airbag gas generator, on the premise of assuming that there is no difference between the test samples, the general method is used to analyze and confirm the main factors affecting the whole test process. At the same time, the uncertainty of pressure test data corresponding to P_(50%)、P_(75%)、P_(90%) and P_(max) time points in the test results is evaluated. The credibility of the test data is confirmed, the reliability of the test method of the pressure vessel of the gas generator is ensured, and the product performance and safety requirements are met.
