摘要
目的研究药师干预对促进质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)注射剂在预防围术期应激性黏膜病变(SRMD)中合理应用的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月该院收治的105例患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(52例)和观察组(53例),对照组由医生给药PPIs注射剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合药师干预,对比两组不良反应情况、不合理用药情况、应激性黏膜病变(SRMD)发生情况及预防SRMD合理用药。结果105例患者均未发生SRMD,其中38例未预防用药,其余67例均使用PPIs;术前用药17例,术后用药50例。所有PPIs药物中,注射用奥美拉唑使用率最高为53.73%,其次为注射用泮托拉唑钠(37.31%);不良反应发生率比较,观察组(7.55%)低于对照组(23.08%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.491,P<0.05);不合理用药率比较,观察组(7.55%)低于对照组(53.85%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.554,P<0.05)。结论药师干预可减少PPIs注射剂用药不良反应情况,并促进PPIs注射剂在预防围术期SRMD中合理应用。
Objective To study the effect of pharmacist intervention on promoting the rational application of proton pump inhibitor(PPIs)injections in the prevention of perioperative stress-induced mucosal disease(SRMD).Methods A total of 105 patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(52 cases)and an observation group(53 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with PPIs injection by doctors.The observation group was combined with pharmacist intervention on the basis of the control group,and the adverse reactions,irrational drug use,the occurrence of stress mucosal disease(SRMD)and the rational drug use for the prevention of SRMD were compared between the two groups.Results None of the 105 patients developed SRMD,of which 38 patients did not receive preventive medication,and the remaining 67 patients were treated with PPIs.17 patients received preoperative medication,and 50 received postoperative medication.Among all PPIs,the highest usage rate of omeprazole for injection was 53.73%,followed by pantoprazole sodium for injection(37.31%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.55%)was lower than that in the control group(23.08%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.491,P<0.05).Compared with the rate of irrational drug use,the observation group(7.55%)was lower than the control group(53.85%),and the difference was statistically significan(χ^(2)=26.554,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist intervention can decoct the adverse drug reactions of PPIs injection,and promote the rational application of PPIs injection in the prevention of perioperative SRMD.
