摘要
为了深入研究“太白七药”抗肿瘤活性以及为后期临床研究提供新思路,现利用CNKI、PubMed等数据库,对“太白七药”中具有抗肿瘤作用的药物以及发挥其作用的相关机制的研究进展进行综述,并阐述了其活性部位和成分的抗肿瘤通路及靶点,提出了“太白七药”抗肿瘤研究过程中存在的如机制单一、有效成分不明确等问题。
In order to study the antitumor activity of Taibai Qi medicines and to provide new ideas for later clinical research,the research progress of the drugs with antitumor effects and the related mechanisms of their effects in Taibai Qi medicines is reviewed using CNKI and PubMed databases.The research progress of anti-tumor drugs and the related mechanisms of their effects are reviewed,and the anti-tumor pathways and targets of their active sites and components are described,and the problems such as single mechanism and unclear active ingredients in the anti-tumor research of Taibai Qi medicines are proposed.
