摘要
综合布线系统是智能建筑的关键部分和基础之一。为研究综合布线系统在智能建筑全生命周期内工程技术要点,首先,文章在详细分析综合布线系统组成的基础上,明确系统使用特点。其次,以实现建筑物或建筑群之间实时的语音传输、数据交换、图像共享为目的,着重分析其在工程设计、施工工艺和运营维护三方面的技术需求。最后,根据当代通信与计算机技术的发展方向,指出综合布线系统与BIM技术的结合是智能建筑发展的必然趋势,并给出BIM技术指导下综合布线系统三维设计方案。文章研究结果可以为智能建筑综合布线系统工程技术的完善发展提供有益的参考。
Generic cabling system is one of the key parts and foundations of intelligent building. In order to research the engineering and technical points of generic cabling system in the whole life cycle of intelligent building, firstly, based on the detailed analysis of the composition of generic cabling system, this paper defines the use characteristics of the system. Secondly, to realize real-time voice transmission, data exchange and image sharing between buildings or building groups, the technical requirements in engineering design, construction technology and operation and maintenance are analyzed emphatically. Finally, according to the development direction of contemporary communication and computer technology, the author pointed out that the combination of generic cabling system and BIM is the inevitable trend of intelligent building development, and the three-dimensional design scheme of generic cabling system under the guidance of BIM is given. The research results of this paper can provide a useful reference for the improvement and development of generic cabling system engineering technology in intelligent buildings.
