相对贫困视阈下农村电商助农增收的中介效应研究 被引量:17

摘要 相对贫困视阈下,要更加注重农民持续增收并着力缩小城乡收入差距。尽管实践表明农村电商在我国脱贫攻坚战中发挥了重要的作用,但学界对农村电商是否有利于农民增收和城乡收入差距缩小的争议较大。基于“动态特征—增收途径—增收效应—增收结果”的完整逻辑链条构建农村电商助农增收长效机制的理论框架,进而利用全国288个地级市相关统计数据,运用结构方程模型的多重中介效应分析并验证农村电商对农民收入和城乡收入差距的影响发现,农村电商能够直接提升农民收入,同时间接缩小了城乡收入差距。进一步分析发现,农村电商主要通过路径A“农村电商→交易效率→创新赋能效应→城乡收入差距”及路径B“农村电商→生产组织效率→经济增长效应→城乡收入差距”两条中介路径缩小城乡收入差距。为此,提出从政府调节、经济增长、边界拓展、人才培养与赋能等维度构建农村电商助农增收的长效机制。 From the perspective of relative poverty,more attention must be paid to the continuous increase of farmers’income and efforts to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.Although practice has shown that rural e-commerce has played an important role in the fight against poverty in our country,there is a great controversy in the academic circles about whether rural e-commerce is beneficial to farmers’income and narrowing the urban-rural income gap.Based on the complete logical chain of“dynamic characteristics—income-increasing path—income-increasing effect—income-increasing result”,the theoretical framework of a long-term mechanism for rural e-commerce to help farmers increase income is constructed,Then the relevant statistical data of 288 prefecture-level cities across the country are used to analyze and verify the influence of rural e-commerce on farmers’income and urban-rural income gap based on the multiple intermediary effect analysis of the structural equation model.It is found that rural e-commerce can directly increase the income of farmers while indirectly narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.Further analysis finds that rural e-commerce mainly adopts two intermediary paths,namely,path A“rural e-commerce→transaction efficiency→innovation enabling effect→urban-rural income gap”and path B“rural e-commerce→production organization efficiency→Economic growth effect→urban-rural income gap”,to narrow the urban-rural income gap.To this end,it is proposed to build a long-term mechanism for rural e-commerce to help farmers increase income from the dimensions of government regulation,economic growth,border expansion,talent training and empowerment.
