摘要
新时代背景下提升各行各业的人才研究是关键之举。提升人才战略各高校要以每门课程为抓手,既要培养学生家国情怀,又要培养学生科技创新能力。这就要从课程思政入手,以药理学为例。将课程思政融入在此门课程之中,让学生在学习专业知识的同时不断吸收和升华思政元素。特别是在临床病例治疗阶段,学生需用高尚的医德将理论知识应用在实践之中。更好、更大程度地发挥药理学为临床服务的本领和技能。同时在提高学生自身思想道德及文化素养的基础上,还需“潜移默化、润物无声”的将理想信念与专业知识相融合。让学生在汲取专业知识时不知不觉地用思政元素提升自我价值,以利于培养出更多德才兼备的具有科技创新能力的应用型人才。
In the context of the new era,the promotion of talent research in all walks of life is a key move.Strategies for improving talents All colleges and universities should take each course as the starting point,not only to cultivate students'home country feelings,but also to cultivate students'ability to innovate in science and technology.This starts with the curriculum ideology and politics,taking pharmacology as an example.Incorporating"curriculum ideological and political"into this course allows students to continuously absorb and sublimate ideological and political elements while learning professional knowledge.Especially in the stage of clinical case treatment,students need to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice with noble medical ethics.Better and greater use of the capabilities and skills of pharmacology for clinical services.At the same time,on the basis of improving students'own ideological,moral and cultural literacy,it is also necessary to"subtlely,moisten things silently"to integrate ideals and beliefs with professional knowledge.Let students unconsciously use ideological and political elements to enhance their self-worth when absorbing professional knowledge,so as to help cultivate more applied talents with both ability and political integrity.
