摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央极其重视科技创新,形成了新时代科技创新思想,为新时代中国特色社会主义科技创新能力的迅猛发展奠定了坚实的基础。研究新时代科技创新思想对于新时代中国特色社会主义事业的发展具有重要的理论价值与现实意义,也为发展中国家提升国家实力提供了有力的借鉴。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation,formed a new era of scientific and technological innovation,and laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of socialist scientific and technological innovation capabilities with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Studying the new era of scientific and technological innovation has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and also provides a powerful reference for developing countries to enhance their national strength.
