摘要
在异型阴极铝电解槽中,为了减小铝液的波动,每个阴极碳块的上表面不是平的,而是有凸型突起的,以这样的阴极碳块砌筑在电解槽上以后,就在电解槽槽膛阴极底表面上形成了很多与电解槽纵向相垂直的“沟”(或称凹槽),此种“沟”可隔断槽内铝液流动,降低槽内阴极铝液的流速。为了了解不同尺寸“沟”对铝液流经后阻力损失大小的影响,通过建立物理模型并用fluent模拟,通过后处理得出结果,比较分析得出结论。
In an irregular cathode aluminium electrolyzer,all cathode carbon blocks has convex protuberance on their upper surfaces instead of flat to reduce the fluctuation of aluminium liquid.Such cathode carbon blocks on the cell form a lot of“ditches”(or grooves)perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cell on the bottom surface of the cathode of the cell chamber.This“grooves”can cut off the flow of liquid aluminium in the cell and reduce the flow rate of cathode liquid aluminium.In order to understand the effect of different sizes of trenches on the resistance loss of liquid aluminium flowing through,a physical model is established and simulated by fluent.The results are obtained through later processing and conclusions drawn based on comparative analysis.
