摘要
目的探讨血必净治疗毛细血管渗漏综合征疗效。方法采用Meta分析,通过计算机检索国内外数据库展开研究。结果最终纳入7篇文献。包括7项RCT,共466例患者,住院时间Meta分析结果为:SMD=-1.468,95%CI=-1.764~-1.173,Z=9.74,P<0.010,治疗第7天C反应蛋白数值:SMD=-0.774,95%CI=-1.083~-0.465,Z=4.91,P<0.010,死亡率Meta分析结果为:RR=0.449,95%CI=0.303~0.666,Z=3.98,P<0.01。结论血必净注射液治疗可显著减少毛细血管渗漏综合征患者的住院时间,降低其治疗第7天的C反应蛋白水平和降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing on capillary leakage syndrome.Methods Meta-analysis method was used to search domestic and foreign databases by computer.Results Seven literatures were included.A total of 466 patients were included.In terms of length of hospital stay,the results of the Meta analysis were as follows:SMD=-1.468,95%CI=-1.764~-1.173,Z=9.74,P<0.01,the results of Meta-analysis of C-reactive protein on day 7 were:SMD=-0.774,95%CI=-1.083~-0.465,Z=4.91,P<0.01,the results of Meta-analysis of mortality were:RR=0.449,95%CI=0.303~0.666,Z=3.98,P<0.01.Conclusion Xuebijing injection treatment can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,lower the level of C-reactive protein on day 7 and reduce the mortality of patients with capillary leakage syndrome.
