摘要
外压筒体开孔后,其整体强度和稳性都会受到削弱,因此,筒体的稳定性分析已成为外压容器设计中最重要的环节之一。以深水气田MRU脱盐系统负压闪蒸罐为对象,构建了开孔圆形筒体的结构模型和有限元分析模型,并基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对开孔筒体进行失稳临界压力分析。以此为基础,分别采用压力面积法和膜-弯曲应力法对其进行应力计算,并进行对比分析。研究结果表明,开孔影响筒体的抗失稳能力;与压力面积法相比,膜-弯曲应力法安全裕度更高,为提高外压容器设计的安全性奠定理论基础。
The overall strength and stability of the external pressure cylinder will be weakened after opening the hole.Therefore,the stability analysis of the cylinder has become one of the most important links in the design of the external pressure vessel.Taking the negative pressure flash tank of MRU desalination system in deep water gas field as the object,the structural model of the circular cylinder with openings is constructed.The open cylinder analysis model is established.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the instability analysis of open cylinder is carried out.Then The pressure area method and membrane-bending stress method are used to calculate the stress,and comparative analysis is carried out.The result shows,the opening affects the ability to resist instability of the cylinder,and compared with the pressure area method,the membrane bending stress method has a higher safety margin,which lays a theoretical foundation for improving the safety of external pressure vessel design.
