摘要
在水电站的设计中,不可避免地会采用埋设管道,其中一些埋设管道会穿越混凝土建筑物分缝,需要进行“过缝保护处理”。一般情况下,参照已有的经验,套用过缝处理的经验数据进行设计;而在某些情况下,这样的套用可能存在风险,应根据应用环境条件计算过缝管段最大组合应力,判断埋设管道在通过混凝土分缝处是否安全。为此,提出了基于经典应力分析理论的过缝管道应力计算方法,并通过工程实例与有限元计算方法进行比较,验证了该计算方法的可靠性。
In the design of hydropower station,a large number of embedded pipelines are inevitably used,and some of the embedded pipelines will pass through concrete joints,which need to be"Concrete joint treatment".In general,the"Concrete joint treatment"is designed with reference to existing experiences and indiscriminately using the experience data of existing joint treatment.But in some cases,the indiscriminately use might be risky,and the maximum combined stress of the over-joint pipe section should be calculated according to the application environmental conditions to judge the safety of embedded pipeline.To this end,a stress calculation method for over-joint pipelines based on the classical stress analysis theory is proposed,and the reliability of the calculation method is verified by comparing the results of engineering example and finite element calculation.
