摘要
目的:设计消毒供应中心质量追溯系统急消包处理软件,并评估应用急消包处理软件后各急消包处理时间和员工满意度。方法:选取2019年9月—10月的急消包334包作为对照组,选取2020年7月—8月的急消包433包作为观察组。采用我院传统急消包处理模式处理对照组急消包,通过在消毒供应中心质量追溯系统中增设的急消包处理软件处理观察组急消包。结果:使用急消包处理软件后,手术室压力蒸汽灭菌急消包、过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌急消包、外来医疗器械急消包的处理时间均较改进前组缩短,工作人员满意度较使用前明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用急消包处理软件可有效缩短急消包处理时间,提高员工满意度,有利于实现全程管理。
Objective:To design and applicate the urgent package processing software,and to evaluate the effects of this software on the processing time of urgent items and employee satisfaction.Methods:A total of 334 packages of urgent packages from September to October 2019 were selected as the control group with traditional emergency treatment mode,and 433 packages of urgent packages from July to August 2020 were selected as the observation group with urgent package processing software in the quality traceability system of Central Sterile Supply Department.Results:The processing time of pressure steam sterilization urgent package,hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization urgent package and foreign medical equipment urgent package was shortened(P<0.05),and the staff satisfaction was improved after using urgent package processing software(P<0.05).Conclusion:The urgent package processing software can effectively shorten the urgent processing time and improve employee satisfaction,and it facilitates the realization of whole-process management.
