摘要
目的:分析优化交接班模式在消毒供应中心(Central Sterilized Supply Department,CSSD)的应用效果。方法:采用结构化交接班报告,结合质量敏感数据指标、特殊事项SBAR交班模式,在CSSD交接班中运用。结果:CSSD人员内部沟通满意度、手术室对CSSD的工作满意度均有大幅提升,因沟通不良导致的质量缺陷占比下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CSSD工作人员在质量意识、沟通意识等方面均提升。结论:CSSD采用优化的交接班模式有助于加强手术室、CSSD内外的沟通,提升工作质量和管理水平。
Objectives: To analyze the effect of optimized shift mode in Central Sterilized Supply Department(CSSD).Methods: The structured shift report combined with sensitive quality indicators and SBAR model in special cases were used in shift change of CSSD. Results: Both the CSSD inner and external satisfaction were improved(P<0.05), and the proportion of quality defects caused by poor communication decreased(P<0.05). The awareness of staff in quality, communication improved after the shift mode optimizing. Conclusions: The optimized shift mode is benefit for the effective communication between the staff in the operation room and CSSD, and for the improvement of the quality management of the CSSD staff.
