永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的优化分析 被引量:6

摘要 基于有限元分析法,针对现有额定转速为80000 r/min的永磁同步电机,由于齿槽转矩是固有特性,在绕组不通电的情况下,计算了现有的高速永磁同步电机的电磁场分布情况及齿槽转矩的幅值;根据不同位置时电磁场磁密曲线的差异,分析了产生齿槽转矩的原因。接着针对通过改变电机永磁体的极弧系数和定子不同齿形、齿宽等相关参数,讨论不同参数对齿槽转矩的影响,便于选择合适参数优化电机性能,降低齿槽转矩,减小振动。 For the existing PMSM with rated speed of 80000 r/min,the cogging torque is an inherent characteristic.Based on the finite-element analysis method,the distribution of electromagnetic field and the amplitude of the cogging torque of the existing high-speed PMSM were calculated when the windings were not energized.According to the difference of electromagnetic field density curves at different positions,the reasons for the cogging torque were analyzed.Then,the influence of different parameters on cogging torque was discussed by changing the polar arc coefficient of permanent magnet,different tooth shape and width of stator and other related parameters.It is easy to choose the suitable parameters to optimize the motor performance,reduce the cogging torque and decrease the vibration.
